The 17th Century farmhouse lies in the friendly hamlet of Ville di Corsano, only 12 km from Siena and consists of 5 lovingly-restored apartments which are available for rent throughout the year. Your hosts, the Migone Family are happy to assist with local knowledge during your holiday. Tenuta di Corsano is a working farm, olive oil and Chianti wine are produced locally. The swimming pool is 7m x 14m and offers stunning views over the Roman church dating back to 1004 and the wonderful vineyards.
There are five apartments which have been carefully and tastefully decorated and furnished with period pieces and antiques. The traditional whitewashed walls offer a contrast to the vibrant, warm colours of terracotta tiles and wooden fixtures, with a result that is both airy and welcoming.
Each apartment is fully fitted and equipped with excellent kitchen facilities, modern bathrooms and spacious, comfortable sleeping accommodation. Each of the apartments has its own delights; all have remarkable views of the vineyards.
All of the apartments share an amazing swimming pool, which offers fantastic views across the vineyards and the beautiful romanic church. On request, breakfast, lunches and dinners can be organized for you by the pool, offering exceptional atmosphere.
LE CARROZZE
This elegant 3 bedroom holiday apartment is located on the ground
floor and is very spacious with glorious views stylish decor. This
is a unique and very popular holiday apartment.
The entrance looks out on the dining room, to the right the
fully equipped eat-in kitchen with 4 gas ring hobs and oven. Two
arches separate the living room, where comfortable sofas and
armchairs are located around the fireplace. A bridge table on one
side, and sitting area on the other side. Service room with washing
machine and small bathroom with shower.
The three bedrooms are on the same floor, two doubles and one twin
room. An extra bed can be placed in the corridor if neede. All
rooms overlook the Romanic Church, the vineyards and the clay
hills. There is one more bathroom with tub and hand shower.
Outside Sitting Area with table and chairs just out of the
apartment.
